Asian Spoon restaurant in Zevenaar is an excellent restaurant to visit with friends or family. The concept of ordering small dishes of sushi, meat and/or salads allows you to try out new flavors. This place has made leaps and bounds since being that old 'wok' place. That felt very much like what the Dutch call a 'vreetschuur,' a barn. Now it's as proper a restaurant as an all-you-can-eat can be. The decor is gorgeous, with bamboo, beautiful fairy lights and a lovely tree in the middle of the restaurant, with a lot of black and dark wooden colouring, and industrial type lighting over the tables. The place feels classy and inviting. The dinnerware is stunning, too. Staff is very quick and knowledgeable. They clearly know every dish on the menu by just looking at it, and can carry dishes for multiple tables without any trouble. They're all very friendly and inviting. Prices were very reasonable. We didn't stay to have a coffee round, but had 3 rounds of food items, along with a dessert round each and a round or two or bits and bobs from the cold/sushi buffet, and we were all very very full, even the biggest eater amongst us!

I ate at the Asian spoon with my husband and 2 children 8 & 10 years old last night and we were welcomed warmly by Stefan. While our table was prepared and we sat in the sun ☀️. The menu was in Dutch so we ended up letting Jessy an excellent leader decide for us. She asked if we liked certain meats/ fish and then just brought us food. All the staff were lovely Stefan and Bram looked after us throughout the meal. Honesty it was the most enjoyable meal as a family we have ever had. Both boys tried everything and loved it. They now love all aspects of Asian cuisine from Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese thanks 🙏

We placed a reservation a week in advance. They swapped over to an order system via mobile app. The poor servers and cooks there cannot be expected to keep up with this new system. Out of the 4 orders we placed, only 1 actually went right. The food was delightful, but I left with more stress than I had coming into the place. A real shame.

Amazing food. Amazing interior. Amazing staff. Absolutly love this place. Nothing like this in the area with such quality! This place deserves all the stars! 10/10 would recommend! Used to be a all you can eat etaing frenzy but now it’s still all you can eat but with a chill table serve concept. Makes it a really fun experience for everyone. Everyone can eat what they want and how much they want. There is a lot of variety in food so even the picky kids can find something they love. This place really offers a food experience for everyone with an absolute great quality!
